Missing my mother....

My mother's 7th memorial ceremony is going to be held this coming June and I am just shocked how quickly time flies by us!

While I fuss around for preparation, I realize how much I miss her （；＿；）

So I called my aunt , mother's younger sister- and took her out to lunch.

The beautiful street is right by her house. The city had been preparing for the cherry blossoms and usually has a festival by the river but it's been delayed by a month or so due to the weather this year... It's just starting to bloom now.

Spring......

I loooove spring. It is my favorite time of the year.

I always think of my father around this season....maybe due to his memorial date is close by but also because he always loved driving under cherry blossoms. Some roads have miles of the beautiful tree and he would always open the window of his car so he can feel the petals falling.

It is not the cherry blossom season yet in Tokyo but I will take some pictures where he liked to travel around when it blossoms!

Time flies by. It is already one year since the 3-11devastation here in Japan and there is so much more still that needs to be done !

As my father taught us, where there is will, there is hope.
